Requirements

Working knowledge of commercial dishwashing and warewashing equipment.
Proven ability to inspect and ensure the quality and freshness of all incoming products.
Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively within a group setting.
Embrace and adapt to change in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
High level of discretion and sensitivity when handling confidential guest information.
Working knowledge of first in first out inventory process.
Strong ability to label, date, and store products accurately.
Ability to support culinary management with basic mise en place tasks.
