About The Position

This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained, and adhering to health department regulations. The role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and a strong understanding of food safety.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work Weekends, Nights and Holidays
  • Able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written

Responsibilities

  • Smiles, provides exceptional customer service, and always treats guests and coworkers with respect.
  • Participate regularly in departmental and company meetings.
  • Properly deep cleans and maintains kitchen equipment to ensure longevity and desired results are achieved.
  • Sweep, mop, buff scrub kitchen floors as needed.
  • Strong organizational skill, works clean, and in a safe and sanitary manner at all times.
  • Ability to adjust to a fast-paced environment.
  • Must abide by all health department rules/regulations. Understands time and temperature controls and has a working knowledge of food safety.
  • Knowledgeable in the products the company serves.
  • Sets and keeps workstation and the surrounding areas properly stocked, clean, safe, and organized.
  • Follows the company’s attendance policy as well as other rules and regulations set forth in the handbook.
  • Other duties as assigned.
