Plum Market is hiring for multiple Kitchen positions! We are looking for motivated, dependable Team Members who are passionate about food, hospitality, and creating an exceptional Guest experience. Current opportunities may include: Sous Chefs, Production Cooks, Dishwashers, Front of House Team Members. Whether you are an experienced culinary professional or looking to get started in the foodservice industry, we have opportunities for a variety of experience levels.

Nice To Haves

• Previous culinary, restaurant, foodservice, or Guest service experience is a plus, but not required for every position.
• Culinary leadership experience is preferred for Sous Chef opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Help lead daily Kitchen operations while supporting food preparation, production, quality standards, food safety, Team Member development, and an exceptional Guest experience.
• Prepare and cook fresh, high-quality food while following recipes, production standards, sanitation procedures, and food safety guidelines.
• Keep the Kitchen running smoothly by maintaining clean dishes, utensils, equipment, and workspaces while supporting a clean and organized environment.
• Create a welcoming experience for our Guests by assisting with food service, order fulfillment, maintaining service areas, and providing friendly, knowledgeable service.
