About The Position
As a Kitchen Team Member at fireside MARKET, you will work with a positive team focused on providing opportunities to grow and develop. Team Members provide exceptional service and ensure guest expectations are met. The role is the face of the restaurant and is responsible for creating a welcoming, energetic, and memorable guest experience, from greeting guests and taking orders to running food and keeping the dining area clean. The position supports a fast-paced environment and requires flexibility to work shifts and extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirements to operate equipment.
- Reading, writing, and communication skills.
- Maintain a sense of urgency while working.

- Ability to pass a background check (17+).
Nice To Haves
- Six months of cashier experience in a quick-service restaurant (QSR) setting is preferred.
Responsibilities
