About The Position

The Kitchen Team Member is responsible for preparing food, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, assisting with kitchen operations, and delivering a positive guest dining experience. This role supports daily food service operations while ensuring food quality, safety, and efficiency in a high-volume entertainment environment.

Requirements

  • Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and directions accurately.
  • Food Handler Certification preferred or required based on local regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to Bolder Adventure Park recipes and standards.
  • Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
  • Assist with stocking, prepping, and organizing ingredients and kitchen supplies.
  • Ensure all food orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with front-of-house team members regarding order timing and guest needs.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, prep areas, storage areas, and workstations.
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed.
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify leadership of low-stock items.
  • Properly label, date, and store food products following company procedures.
  • Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with guests and team members.
  • Support the overall guest experience by ensuring food quality and efficient service.
  • Assist during parties, events, and peak operational periods as needed.
  • Follow all health department regulations and company safety procedures.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Maintain compliance with opening, closing, and cleaning checklists.
  • Immediately report maintenance or safety concerns to leadership.
