About The Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at Chick-fil-A Suwanee Road. Having strong leadership during our evening operations is essential to our success. Your ability to lead and develop our Back-of-House team, maintain high operational standards, and create a positive work culture will be critical to the restaurant's continued growth. Requirements

1+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant or kitchen environment
Must have open availability to work evening and closing shifts
Available to work Friday and Saturday nights
Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, develop, and hold Team Members accountable

Responsibilities

Overseeing evening and closing Back-of-House operations to ensure a smooth and successful restaurant operation
Assisting Management in coaching, training, and developing Kitchen Team Members
Providing a strong, dependable leadership presence during evening shifts
Ensuring high-quality food production, accuracy, and speed of service
Protecting profitability by reducing waste, stewarding labor, and managing lean inventory systems
Ensuring full compliance with food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance standards
Communicating goals, expectations, and results with Team Members on a daily basis
Leading by example and fostering a positive, accountable, and enthusiastic team culture
