About The Position

Dash In, a division of the Wills Group, is hiring a Kitchen Supervisor to lead kitchen associates and support efficient back-of-house operations. The role collaborates with the BOH Manager to build and train a high-performing team, maintain food quality and safety, and ensure adherence to Dash In brand standards. The supervisor also supports productivity, reduces waste, and communicates operational needs to the BOH Manager.

Requirements

• At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role in a food service or retail environment.
• High school diploma or GED, or ability to complete the employer-paid GED program.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; Wills Group/Dash In participates in E-Verify.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
• Comfort using technology, including inventory management software.
• Strong focus on team leadership and support.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the BOH Manager to build and train a team of associates dedicated to strong back-of-house operations.
• Oversee inventory management, food preparation, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Ensure food products meet Dash In quality standards and are prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide associates with tools, resources, ongoing training, and support.
• Streamline processes to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
• Uphold Dash In brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and operational adherence.
• Communicate with the BOH Manager about inventory needs, equipment maintenance, and staff performance.
• Complete tasks assigned by the BOH Manager and ensure timely execution of daily operations.
