About The Position

Join our culinary/stewarding team here at The Queen Mary! We are looking for a Night Shift Supervisor to oversee Stewarding. Must have availability in the evening. Join Our Team as a Kitchen Supervisor! The Kitchen Supervisor is the culinary captain, keeping the kitchen running like a well-seasoned machine. With a passion for great food and smooth operations, you’ll lead the team, manage supplies, and make sure every dish meets high standards of quality and safety. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in kitchen operations or a similar field, including a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
Knowledge of food and beverage service operations is preferred
Complies with certification requirements as applicable for position to include: Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
Ability to acquire Food Manager Certification as required by applicable state regulations.
