About The Position

Requirements
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Nice To Haves
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- ServSafe Certification is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Supervise kitchen staff during daily operations
- Ensure food is prepared correctly and meets quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Help train and support team members
- Assist with inventory and supply management
- Minimize food waste and maintain portion control
- Work with management to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
