Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in food service is advantageous.
Demonstrated experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
Exceptional ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent skills for engaging with guests and collaborating with team members seamlessly.
Applicants should have the flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Supervise daily kitchen operations and ensure timely, high-quality food preparation
Lead, train, and support kitchen team members; assist with scheduling
Maintain food quality, presentation, and adherence to brand standards
Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health department compliance
Monitor inventory, assist with ordering, and control food costs/waste
Ensure a clean, organized kitchen and proper food storage (FIFO)
Support guest satisfaction by addressing food-related concerns promptly
Assist with opening/closing procedures and kitchen documentation
