About The Position

We are an innovative, chef-inspired foodservice concept that will take our guest food service experience to the next level in our 24/7 retail environment and we’re on the lookout for a Kitchen Supervisor, offering an enticing starting rate of $18 per hour, plus a $1 per hour premium for those late-night superhero shifts! As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day kitchen operations. Success in this role depends on your strong knowledge of food service preparation, safety standards, and your ability to provide comprehensive training to all kitchen staff.

Requirements

  • Proven knowledge of kitchen processes and safety standards.
  • Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or management position and prior kitchen experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED required, culinary education is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively solve problems.
  • Comfortable using technology, including POS software.
  • Strong guest-focus with excellent people skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Active ServSafe Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Food Service Manager and Store Manager to inspire and train our team, boosting sales through exceptional guest experiences and top-notch food quality 24/7.
  • Be well-versed in and uphold Dash In Brand Standards, which include creating engaging guest experiences, maintaining a spotless facility, adhering to food safety and production standards within acceptable ticket timeframes, contributing to a safe environment, and following Dash In operational guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with the Food Service Manager regarding needs, including inventory and ordering.
  • Complete assigned tasks under the direction of the Food Service Manager and Sr. Store Manager.
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean, well-organized, fully stocked, and that equipment is well-maintained and in optimal condition.
  • Throughout the process, you'll have the opportunity to train and develop kitchen associates, helping them grow in their roles.
