This role involves maintaining recipes, enforcing food safety, relaying feedback, providing input for menu creation, completing production sheets, checking station setups, inspecting orders for quality and presentation, managing and training kitchen staff, leading meetings, conducting interviews, preparing and inspecting food, cutting meat, preparing food for cook stations, inspecting ingredients, sharing food and beverage complaints with the Executive Chef, ensuring adherence to health and safety policies, coordinating with other departments, coordinating staffing and food quantities, reporting kitchen concerns, attending meetings, and responding to special accommodation requests.
