They must be comfortable leading and training others, and will assist the chefs with all aspects of kitchen operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and receiving.
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in Kitchen management highly preferred
- Prior team leadership highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee the opening and closing of the Kitchen
- Oversee Kitchen team members including scheduling, training and mentoring
- Monitor food quality, safety and inventory needs
