About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage operations within a hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in food safety or alcohol service (e.g., ServSafe, TIPS).

Responsibilities
