About The Position

Next Level Refresh is a fast-growing food service company specializing in fresh meals, vending solutions, and micro markets. We are passionate about delivering high-quality, convenient food options while maintaining exceptional standards in food safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen Supervisor to lead our kitchen operations and help drive daily production excellence. The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, managing production staff, and ensuring the consistent preparation of fresh, high-quality food products for our vending and micro market locations. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and a hands-on approach to food production, sanitation, and team development. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is passionate about maintaining high culinary and operational standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a kitchen, food production, or food service environment
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
  • Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced production setting
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and problem-solve effectively
  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with inventory systems and Microsoft Office is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and support kitchen staff, including cooks and food preparation team members
  • Create daily production schedules and assign responsibilities to ensure efficient workflow
  • Train, coach, and develop team members on recipes, preparation methods, food safety practices, and company standards
  • Foster a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment
  • Oversee daily preparation and packaging of fresh food products for vending machines and micro markets
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, portion control, and presentation standards are maintained
  • Monitor production timelines to guarantee timely fulfillment and delivery
  • Assist in developing and testing new menu items and production processes
  • Enforce all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Conduct regular inspections of kitchen equipment, storage areas, and workstations
  • Ensure proper handling, labeling, storage, and disposal of food products
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment at all times
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering of food, supplies, and kitchen materials
  • Minimize waste and support cost-control initiatives
  • Assist with scheduling, recordkeeping, payroll support, and operational reporting
  • Address customer concerns or feedback professionally and efficiently
