The Kitchen Supervisor reports to the Culinary Manager, working closely with Hospitality Management, and is responsible for successfully overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pizza kitchen and its team members. In addition to working hands-on in the kitchen daily, this role is responsible for handling scheduling, call-outs, employee relations, and acts as a communication liaison between the location’s pizza operations and the Culinary Manager, as well as a representative of the Pizza team within the location, as it relates to Retail and Event operations. This person will help carry out our overall mission to make the best beverages, and now pizza, in the world and to serve our products in the most friendly and memorable environment possible. This position is full-time, based in our Charlton, MA location, and requires Monday-Friday full-time availability to start, with the expectation of working weekends once our operating hours are expanded. The starting base pay range for this position is $25-28 hourly. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Compensation is only one component of the total rewards package, as this role is eligible for participation in the company bonus program and a robust benefit and perks package.
