Requirements
- 1+ year of kitchen experience
- Passion for delivering quality service
- Willing and able to work any schedule, including weekends and holidays
Nice To Haves
- One (1) year of prior relevant Kitchen experience in similar environment is preferred
Responsibilities
- Break down, load, unload, and sort dishes, glassware, and flatware received in the dish area.
- Wash and store pots and other kitchen equipment, ensuring they are placed in the correct locations.
- Operate the dishwashing machine, monitoring and adjusting detergent and chemical output as needed.
- Inspect clean dishes after washing, stacking them properly in specified carts and shelves.
- Polish silver, copper, and brass as needed.
- Transport equipment, such as hot and cold boxes, and deliver to various outlets.
- Sweep, mop floors, and wash floor mats, along with cleaning baseboards, floor drains, hand sinks, and cutting boards.
- Separate and remove trash, placing it in designated containers, and steam clean garbage cans.
