About The Position

The InterContinental Seattle Bellevue is looking for Stewards who will help us deliver unforgettable experiences and seamless service through helping us clean, maintain, and sanitize glassware, silverware, kitchen equipment, and kitchen production areas. Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: Cleaning our kitchen and “heart of house” – dusting, mopping scrubbing, washing, buffing etc. Maintaining cleanliness of all major kitchen equipment, Food & Beverage facilities. Cleaning and sanitizing our pots, pans, kitchen utensils etc. Keeping all our chinaware, glassware, silverware, and kitchen equipment in stellar condition. Polishing our silverware and making sure it is always guest-ready. Stocking our kitchen with adequate cleaning supplies, chinaware, cooking equipment, and supplies. Picking up and disposing of trash, cardboard, compost etc. in all Food & Beverage areas, including the Employee Cafeteria. Preparing kitchen, and ensuring that adequate chinaware, silverware, kitchen utensils etc. are ready for the next shift.
