Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Know, understand, and adhere to company established policies and procedures.
Ensures guest interactions are always positive.
Smiles with every guest.
To wash dishes, pots, and small wares in a safe, efficient and timely manner.
To properly store and handle glassware, china, and silverware, etc. to prevent breakage.
To maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas.
To remove trash in kitchen and outside areas and place in appropriate containers as specified by Company policy and procedures.
To know how to use and apply all chemicals in a safe manner.
To assist the kitchen Chef in the preparation of food when asked.
To assist the Chef in receiving deliveries of food and food related products.
Operates kitchen cleaning equipment.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
