About The Position

This is a part-time position for a Kitchen Employee. Responsibilities include food preparation and cooking, maintaining a fully-stocked kitchen/deli, and complying with safety and cleanliness standards. The ideal candidate will be able to manage kitchen operations, customer requests, and maintain day-to-day operations in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Kitchen Employee, Restaurant Employee, or Gas Station Kitchen experience
• Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work as a team in a fast-paced work environment
• Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Help coordinate food orders.
• Supervise food prep and cooking.
• Establish portion sizes.
• Organize food supplies and kitchen equipment, as needed.
