About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Staff member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for food preparation and cooking, ensuring the kitchen and deli are fully stocked, and adhering to all safety and cleanliness standards. The ideal candidate will be able to manage kitchen operations, fulfill customer requests, and maintain daily operations efficiently.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Kitchen Employee, Restaurant Employee, or Gas Station Kitchen experience
• Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work as a team in a fast-paced work environment
• Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Help coordinate food orders.
• Supervise food prep and cooking.
• Establish portion sizes.
• Organize food supplies and kitchen equipment, as needed.
