About The Position

At Ringer Hut Japanese Noodle Restaurant, we are passionate about our healthy fast food Japanese dishes. Our most famous dish is "Champon" which is a rich, filling noodle dish with pork, seafood, and vegetables simmered in a savory broth. We are currently seeking kitchen staff (part-time) who are motivated, value teamwork, and possess reliable cooking experience. The purpose of this role is to prepare and cook dishes for lunch, dinner during restaurant operating hours. Responsibilities also include washing cooking equipment and utensils, as well as maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-year experience as a cook at fast-food restaurants.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with a variety of cooking methods and techniques.
• Competent knife skills to complete tasks with precision and efficiency.
• Punctual and on time.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with customers and staff members.
• Possess a passion for food knowledge.
• Able to lift 35 lbs.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including morning and night hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a valid State of Hawaii TB clearance card.
