About The Position

Back Creek Golf Club is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Kitchen Staff Member to join their team. This role involves creating delicious meals for guests for various occasions, including casual dining, corporate events, and milestone celebrations. Requirements

2 Years’ proven experience in the food industry
Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations.
Excellent knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Passion for cooking and commitment to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
High School Diploma - Culinary School Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Follow policies and schedules for the operation in the kitchen facility.
Adhere to proper food handling procedures and maintain sanitation standards across work areas.
Prepare food items according to recipe specifications and production guidelines.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to stay informed.
Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are in working order and promptly report any issues to a supervisor.
Complete end-of-shift duties, including ensuring workstations are stocked and ready for the next shift.
Follow all health and safety standards, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.
Notify management immediately of any issues or potential concerns.
Help in the coordination of all events and activities with the operating departments of the Golf Course in order to provide the best possible service to the guests.
