We are looking for a motivated Operations Lead to help lead daily restaurant operations and create an outstanding experience for both guests and team members. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the front, developing others, and creating results through strong operational execution. Operations Leads are actively involved in running shifts, coaching team members, maintaining high standards, and ensuring the restaurant operates with excellence. Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of leadership experience leading teams of 15+ people
  • Open availability, including opening and closing shifts
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to jump in wherever needed
  • Demonstrated grit, humility, and initiative
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Passion for hospitality, leadership, and operational excellence

Nice To Haves

  • Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, training, or developing others

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support daily restaurant operations
  • Run opening and closing shifts as needed
  • Coach and develop Team Members during shifts
  • Help drive speed of service, food safety, and operational excellence
  • Ensure Chick-fil-A standards are consistently executed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and help implement solutions
  • Partner with leaders across Front of House and Back of House
  • Take ownership of a specific area of the business and help drive results
  • Contribute to a positive culture built on teamwork, accountability, and care
