Responsibilities

  • Prep and Prepare food
  • Serving
  • Maintaining knowledge of food ingredients and recipes
  • Maintaining and keeping a clean organized area
  • Ensuring we follow all Food Safety Guidelines
  • Completing proper maintenance of all equipment
  • Training staff
  • Weekly ordering and controlling inventory
  • Working efficiently with Kitchen Manager
