About The Position

This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction in the Food/Juice Bar area. Key duties include maintaining product freshness and quality, operating equipment, preparing various food and drink items, managing inventory, and adhering to all company policies and procedures. The position also involves assisting with team member interviews and training, communicating expectations, and ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations. Additionally, the role requires using suggestive selling techniques to drive sales.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Able to lift pots, pans, etc. up to 40lb.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years related high volume cook restaurant experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, a positive experience, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Keep cases, shelves, and displays clean and well-stocked, ensuring freshness and quality of products.
  • Operate equipment and serve products in the Food/Juice Bar area, including preparing juices, coffee, specialty drinks, and smoothies.
  • Follow Food/Juice Bar procedures for supply management, storage, cooler maintenance, product transfers, and shrink tracking.
  • Cook and prepare a variety of food products according to the Daily Check List, ensuring proper temperatures are maintained and logs are submitted.
  • Stock and maintain sufficient levels of prepared products at the station to ensure smooth service.
  • Ensure all inventory and orders are completed in a timely manner.
  • Follow and comply with all established policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the interview process for Food Service team members and assist in training associates.
  • Communicate effectively and provide clear expectations for assignments.
  • Ensure all federal, state, and company regulations and standards for product freshness, safety, refrigeration, and sanitation are met.
  • Maintain standards in shrink, safety, and inventory control.
  • Use suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
