About The Position

CAPREIT, a national property management company that owns and manages multifamily housing communities across the United States, seeks a well organized, positive, and outgoing Kitchen Server for our Villages at Park Terrace apartment community. This is a part-time position with a compensation of $13.73/HR.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in the multi-family housing industry
• A valid driver’s license to operate company vehicle/golf cart
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills required
• Variable Schedule
• Schedule Requirements: Monday - Friday/Some weekends but not every weekend

Responsibilities

• Display an enthusiastic and cheerful attitude toward residents and staff.
• Set up dining room prior to service (dinnerware, silverware, placemats, glasses, condiments, coffee).
• Provide fine dining service, delivering each course and clearing dishes using proper techniques.
• Deliver meals to apartments if required.
• Assist Chef and other team members as needed.
• Delivers exceptional customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
