Responsibilities

Prepare food products according to Kuppa Joy recipes and production standards.
Assist with baking, assembling, portioning, packaging, labeling, and staging products for delivery.
Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all products.
Follow daily production schedules to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with food safety and sanitation standards.
Assist with ingredient preparation and inventory organization.
Communicate with teammates to ensure smooth production flow.
Follow all food safety, health, and workplace safety procedures.
Help receive and properly store deliveries.
Support additional kitchen and production needs as assigned.
