About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Operations Manager to oversee daily kitchen functions and support the success of our culinary team. This position plays a key role in ensuring food quality, operational efficiency, sanitation compliance, and staff development. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can effectively manage a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards and fostering a positive team culture.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a kitchen management, supervisory, or leadership role preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety procedures, sanitation requirements, and kitchen best practices.
  • Ability to lead by example and foster a team-oriented work environment.

Nice To Haves

  • ServSafe Certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support kitchen personnel throughout daily operations.
  • Ensure food is prepared, portioned, and presented according to established quality standards.
  • Monitor kitchen performance and address operational challenges as they arise.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and products.
  • Reduce waste through effective inventory management and operational oversight.
  • Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations are followed.
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve operational goals.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with management and staff to improve productivity and guest satisfaction.
