About The Position
The ideal candidate maintains and performs preventative maintenance on all kitchen equipment. This role involves performing preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, maintaining parts inventory, entering repairs in a Repair Log book, performing visual equipment evaluations, and assisting other team members. The position reports to the Director of Property Operation and has regular contact with the culinary department and contractors.
Requirements
- At least two years’ experience of kitchen equipment repair.
- Dish Machines
- Cooking equipment
- Meat Room Equipment
- Mixers
- Bakery Equipment
- Working with a meter
- Electrical Troubleshooting up to 480V 3 phase
- Plumbing
- Steam Equipment
