As a Kitchen Mechanic, you are responsible for the reliable operation of the hotel's kitchen equipment and machinery – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Hilton San Diego Bayfront is looking for a Kitchen Mechanic. Located steps from the Gaslamp Quarter and Petco Park and is the signature SoCal resort. If you have great communication skills, like to work with others and are a hands-on type of person who likes to fix things, we are looking for you! Requirements
- 6mo commercial kitchen maintenance required (Hands on experience)
- Able to use power tools
- Knowledge of gas and electric appliances.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams
- Electrical safety knowledge
- Ability to read and research parts and operations manuals
- Great communication skills
- Like to work with others
- Hands-on type of person who likes to fix things
