The Team at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront is currently seeking their next Food and Beverage Coordinator to join the team.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• A guest-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to both guests and team members.
• Ability to work independently while supporting multiple leaders and department initiatives.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs in a dynamic hospitality environment.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for creating exceptional guest and team member experiences.
• Previous administrative or coordinator experience, preferably within hospitality, food and beverage, or a fast-paced operational environment.
