About The Position
Kitchen Manager needed for School Food Service in the Bernardsville, NJ area. This is a Monday through Friday, day shift position with 7.5 hours daily. There are no weekends or holidays, and summers are off. K-12 experience is a plus. Must be able to obtain proper documentation to work in schools. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team setting.

Responsibilities
- Overseeing kitchen operations.
- Following recipes according to the guidelines of the NSLP.
- Food preparation and cooking.
- Observing that quality and food safety procedures are being followed at all times.
- Enforcing that the use of personal protective equipment is in use at all times.
- Maintaining cleanliness.
- Overseeing kitchen staff and staffing needs.
