The Kitchen Manager is responsible for the food planning and purchasing for the camp as well as oversight of health standards in the camp kitchen and dining hall. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for the preparation and facilitation of three meals per day for approximately 70-125 campers and adults. Kitchen staff will enhance the GSCTX camp experience through positive interactions with campers and staff, prompt and high-quality food preparation, and flexible assistance in food-based programming.
