About The Position
Since 1989, Bagelmania has been the heart and soul of New York-style bagels and mouthwatering deli cuisine in Las Vegas. In 2018, we leveled up—relocating to a stunning 10,000 square-foot space near the Las Vegas Convention Center with seating for 200 and a full bar. Bagelmania is a must-visit destination for both locals and tourists, blending tradition with innovation. As the Kitchen Manager, you’ll be leading the team that’s responsible for creating unforgettable dining experiences. Not only will you be hands-on with delicious bagels and classic Jewish delicacies, but you’ll also get to showcase your leadership skills in a fun, fast-paced, and high-energy environment!
Requirements
- At least 2 years of kitchen leadership experience in a full-service restaurant.
- Food Handler’s Card and ServSafe Manager certification (or the ability to get them).
- The ability to keep cool under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills—whether you’re talking to your team or management.

Responsibilities
- Show your team how it’s done by demonstrating prep and plating techniques that’ll have customers coming back for more!
- Keep the kitchen running like a well-oiled machine by handling everything from scheduling and hiring to payroll and training.
- You’ll be in charge of keeping the kitchen stocked with fresh ingredients and all the essentials.
- Train, mentor, and lead your team with a positive, upbeat attitude that promotes growth and excitement.
- Maintain top-notch health and sanitation standards so the kitchen sparkles as much as the food!
- Whether it's catering, to-go orders, or private events, you’ll handle it all with style and finesse.
