Shaughnessy's Pub is seeking a Kitchen Manager to supervise the day-to-day operations of the pub kitchen and to ensure Crescent Hotels & Resorts and Marriott brand high standards of cleanliness are met. This role involves managing and training kitchen staff, creating schedules, and maintaining health and safety standards. The Kitchen Manager will oversee food preparation, monitor presentation, and ensure consistency across all dishes. Additional responsibilities include inventory management, ordering supplies, controlling food costs, coordinating with other departments, and handling customer feedback or kitchen-related issues. Other duties as assigned.
