The Kitchen Manager at Roger Williams Zoo is responsible for overseeing kitchen duties to ensure quick service, food service, safety, and quality standards are met and exceeded. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring the restaurant is adequately prepped and staffed, and maintaining high standards for food safety and guest service. The Kitchen Manager will also be responsible for training and managing kitchen staff, inspecting equipment, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and company policies. This position is a full-time, non-exempt role eligible for overtime pay.
