This role is for a Kitchen Manager in a "All Scratch! No Freezers, No Microwaves!!" restaurant. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and dining room operations, ensuring consistent execution of systems, standards, and cost controls. This includes providing direction, coaching, training, and development for assistant managers and team members on food quality, service standards, safety, sanitation, and company policies. The position also involves managing BOH schedules, inventory, budgets, and staffing levels, as well as interviewing and hiring staff. The goal is to ensure all food and service standards are met, and guests have a great experience.
