Carolina Ale House is seeking an energetic and skilled Kitchen Manager to become the heartbeat of their kitchen in Fort Mill, SC. This full-time role involves being the maestro of kitchen operations, ensuring every dish meets or exceeds guest expectations. The manager will lead hourly employees, manage inventory, assist with staffing, maintain communication with staff, guests, and managers, oversee foodservice operations, manage labor and food costs, ensure safety, and maintain a clean and sanitary back-of-house environment.
