About The Position

Tigg's Canteen Services is hiring a permanent, full-time Kitchen Manager at Marquette County Jail in Marquette, Michigan. The role leads daily kitchen operations and supports the preparation of quality meals while maintaining company standards in a structured correctional facility. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
• Ability to obtain clearance and approval to work within the facility.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
