Requirements
- 1-3 years of kitchen management experience with a proven track record of success.
- Solid to expert cooking know-how.
- Solid food safety awareness.
- Ability to juggle tasks without breaking a sweat.
- A solid teammate who communicates and collaborates.
- Flexible schedule with weekend and holiday availability.
Responsibilities
- Leading a team to craft artisan pizzas and prep top-tier ingredients.
- Cooking signature pies with precision and speed.
- Keeping the kitchen clean, stocked, and running smoothly.
- Staying sharp on food safety and sanitation.
- Teaming up with Front of House employees to get orders out fast and fresh.
- Managing a crew of 5-8 people including training, coaching, writing prep lists, and placing orders.
