Requirements

Responsibilities

Work alongside talented hourly employees, guiding them in line and prep functions while inspiring teamwork and camaraderie.
Keep shelves stocked and the kitchen running smoothly by performing food and smallware orders.
Help maintain a fully staffed back-of-house department.
Build strong connections with staff, guests, and fellow managers.
Oversee all foodservice operations, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness in the BOH environment.
Help keep labor and food costs within budget while preparing reports.
Ensure the safety of employees and guests.
Maintain a clean and sanitary BOH environment.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or requested.
