About The Position

The Story Social Kitchen Manager position is seeking an experienced individual to lead the culinary team, maintain high-quality food standards, and ensure efficient kitchen operations. The role involves training, supervising, and inspiring kitchen staff while upholding sanitation, quality, and cost controls across all outlets. Requirements

Previous kitchen management experience in hotels, resorts, or high-volume restaurants
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Knowledge of food preparation, safety, sanitation, and cost control
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Passion for high-quality culinary standards and team development

Responsibilities

Train, supervise, and evaluate all kitchen associates, including utility and sanitation staff
Write schedules, manage staffing, and ensure adequate coverage for all kitchen operations
Maintain high-quality food preparation, plating, and service, including banquet operations
Monitor kitchen costs, labor, and food usage to meet budget goals
Enforce sanitation and safety standards in all kitchen areas
Prepare and maintain recipe cards, presentation guides, and documentation
Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to maintain standards and resolve issues
Ensure communication and coordination between kitchen and banquet operations
Participate in meetings, MOD program, and cross-department collaboration
Hire, train, coach, and develop kitchen staff while managing performance evaluations
Operate all kitchen equipment safely and effectively
Ensure procurement, inventory, and storage practices adhere to corporate guidelines
Maintain professional conduct and uphold Concord Hospitality’s high standards
