About The Position

The Nutrition Group has an open position of Kitchen Manager. This position entails overseeing food production and staff training in a Cafeteria Operation.

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years staff management
  • Food Service Experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with reading recipes and basic math conversions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Must obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks

Responsibilities

  • Understanding Breakfast, Lunch and Snack Requirements
  • Food Preparation on a large production scale
  • Utilizing Kitchen Equipment
  • Meeting Company’s Expectations
  • Understand Company’s Food Concepts
  • Daily Production Records and Paperwork
  • Facilitate the execution of catered events as needed
  • Work with regional chefs to develop and implement recipes
  • Food Production and Recipes Utilization
  • Understanding Functions of Kitchen Equipment
  • Meeting Company’s Expectations
  • Understand Company’s Food Concepts
