Requirements

• 2+ years in a similar role
• 2+ years of management experience
• Basic understanding of casual California cuisine

Responsibilities

• Perform light admin work to ensure everything is in order for the day.
• Cook on the line alongside the food service team during busy shifts.
• Provide guidance to the food service team.
• Ensure every dish meets high standards.
• Coach and mentor the team, helping them grow and excel.
• Maintain the quality and consistency of food offerings.
