Copper Mountain Resort is seeking Kitchen Leads for the Winter 26/27 season. This role is responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking food items, managing a specific kitchen department or station, and supervising food production. The Kitchen Lead will also oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes, train lower-level kitchen staff on food handling and safety, assist in directing and supervising kitchen staff, assign tasks, schedule staff based on business volume, and help with food ordering to maintain inventory. This position may involve lifting up to seventy-five pounds and supervising up to ten employees.
