About The Position
Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking experienced 1099 Kitchen Installers to join their team. Renuity is a leading home improvement services business aiming to revolutionize the industry by making home renovations faster, easier, and stress-free. This is a contract position with the potential to earn up to $300,000 annually, offering year-round work, paid training, bonuses, and weekly direct deposits. The role involves installing home remodeling products to Renuity's standards, applying finish work, communicating with management and homeowners for satisfaction and final payments, completing job checklists, and treating homeowners and their property with respect.
Requirements
- 3 years of residential remodeling experience; including trim and finish carpentry
- Knowledge of residential cabinetry, cabinet installation, cabinet refacing, countertops, backsplash
- Established LLC or Business running under EIN
- Must have general liability and worker's compensation insurance
- Must have cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or vehicle capable of pulling a trailer
- Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
Responsibilities
- Install home remodeling products according to Renuity's standards and procedures
- Apply finish work as needed for every application
- Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
- Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
- Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
