1099 Bath Installer
About The Position
Renuity is seeking experienced and reliable 1099 Bath Installers to join our growing team. As a 1099 Installer, you will be responsible for installing Kohler LuxStone products according to Renuity standards and procedures, applying finish work as needed, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity to earn up to $200k annually with guaranteed year-round work and a flexible schedule. We are looking for individuals or crews of 2 or more with a strong background in remodeling, carpentry, or construction, and knowledge of residential showers, tubs, and basic plumbing.
Requirements
- 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
- Knowledge of residential showers, tubs, and basic plumbing
- Kohler Luxstone or stone panel installation preferred
- Established LLC or Business
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Must have worker's comp and general liability insurance
- Must have a truck, trailer, and tools
- Must be a crew of 2 or more

Responsibilities
- Install Kohler LuxStone products according to Renuity standards and procedures
- Apply finish work as needed for every application
- Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
- Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
- Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
