About The Position

Our Kitchen Helpers support the culinary team by assisting with basic food preparation, dishwashing, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen. This role is essential to ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently while delivering an excellent guest experience.

Requirements

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Positive attitude, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients.
Prepare simple food items as directed while following food safety standards.
Operate dishwashers and wash pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Clean and sanitize kitchen work areas, equipment, and storage areas.
Restock food, supplies, and clean dishes throughout the shift.
Remove garbage and recycling, and sweep and mop kitchen floors.
Support cooks and chefs with general kitchen duties as needed.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
