Responsibilities

• Prepare kitchen equipment: set up, clean, organize, and prepare equipment, including hot boxes, Chef Garde stations, tray racks, and service carts.
• Support inventory management: assist in receiving and properly managing deliveries, stocking, and ordering supplies.
• Provide food service assistance: help with dish preparation, plating, and transport of prepared meals.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness: perform essential cleaning tasks, such as mopping floors and taking out trash.
• Comply with regulatory standards: adhere at all times to health, safety, hygiene, and alcohol awareness standards, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.
